International Business Development.

It probably goes without saying that what our brands want most when hiring us is more sales! However, in these challenging economic times, with many competitive products chasing the same distribution networks, getting brands into new countries, new channels and new distribution partners is not such an easy task. However, our extensive contacts all around Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Asia in several distinct channels means that we are often already known and trusted by distributors, resellers and installers. In short, we can open doors that may normally be closed.


Local ‘same time zone’ service for day to day business matters.

Being based in mainland Europe means that our support and advice people are working in the same or similar times zones as our customers. If an installer has a tech question on a job site in (for example) Madrid, Spain at 9am in the morning, he does not want to wait to get an answer to his question until a brands own tech support team are available (for example) on the USA West Coast 9 hours later.   


Marketing, email campaigns, PR and Press.

We undertake regular marketing activities (shows, mailings, social media, literature, PR and press interviews) to enhance our brands own marketing goals and to help raise their exposure.


Sales and Technical Training, both local and remote.

Our team are not just ‘sales reps’.  We are capable of giving full product training sessions for our brands. Often this is at an overseas event or dealer meeting, but we also have full training facilities in our own building for 50 people so can also host events ourselves.


Technical Support and system specification.

We have several very experienced technical staff on hand at our HQ to help our customers with tech support issues and to help specify integrated AV, CI or Professional systems.


Overseeing of an EMEA service and repair center.

As many of the products we sell are electronic, it is inevitable that things will need repair or modification. We work closely with a very experienced service center nearby who, for more than 25 years, have been servicing AV products for several major international brands.


European Logistics and warehousing.

We use ourselves, and recommend to our brand partners, a well regarded 3PL company in Tilburg, the Netherlands. They have 30+ years of experience of International shipping, warehousing, duties, VAT, import/export documents and more.


Legal and contracts advice.

We first point out that we have no legal training and are not lawyers! However, with more than 50 years of combined experience we can often assist our brand partners in negotiating contracts and giving common-sense advice regarding the laws and norms of doing business in our regions. Being a third party ourselves, this often enables us to get people around a table to mediate and solve issues before the need of legal redress becomes necessary.
